An architectural analysis, Jewish Amsterdam

In the Master course architectural analysis we researched the Jewish culture in Amsterdam. The research was done by fourty students who were divided into groups of four. each group analyzed three subjects, a public Jewish building, a hiding place during World War II and a theme to link social developments and a variety of subjects during the occupation of Amsterdam.
In collaboration with Thijs Frijters, Rutger Rouwendal and Geert-Jan Stoop, we have analyzed the following topics:
Public building: Portuguese synagogue
Hiding place: Hotel Atlantic
